Here is our weekly
round-up of events from D-Town:
1.
In a bad week for diplomacy, D-Town was forced to
withdraw its ambassador to the Evil Empire of Trowvegas, Mr. Terry Ficke, after
he was accused of failing to hand around enough plates of Ferrero Rocher at a recent
diplomatic function. Following this
diplomatic gaffe Mr Ficke was un-invited, dis-invited and thoroughly disunited
from a dinner being held in The Death Star (aka Trowvegas Town Hall).
2.
And armed patrols along the border with The Sham have
been stepped up after the X72 bus service was reportedly approached by local
residents, possibly with the aim of actually boarding the bus. Only by the fortuitous intervention of a
passing milk-float was an international incident narrowly avoided.
