Bulletin From Bromham: Dateline – Sunday 7th July 2013

Here is our weekly round-up of events from Bromham:

1.       The radical rural cleric Abu Piglet was finally deported from Bromham to Seend in the early hours of the morning.  Under a heavily armed escort, the prisoner was transferred from Bromham’s top-security prison to a specially-chartered tractor, which left the top field in the glare of the world’s press, before making its arduous 20-minute journey across the frontier into Seend.  Piglet will now be tried under renewed charges for separatist offences alleged to have been committed over ten years ago.

2.       A huge public row has broken out between Ted Willybanned, the leader of the Carrot-Rooters’ Action Party (CRAP), and the head of the Farmers’ United Collective Ko-operative (FUCK), over attempts by the latter to pack the selection committee in the Bromham North-East Ward by-election.  Dave Wentwrong, leader of the Field Land-Owners Party (FLOP), took great delight in this public spat.  He urged CRAP to sort FUCK out once and for all.

3.       For details of these and all other Bromham stories, don’t forget to listen to local radio station Carrot FM.
