Things I Didn’t Want To Hear
I’ve heard some things that I didn’t want to hear
And I know some things I wished I didn’t know
Yet I still can’t understand what made you leave us
And why you felt your only choice was to go
Whatever led you to that black conclusion
Your thoughts in such desperate strait
That you knew you couldn’t stay around with us
Such a sad, sad, wasteful fate
