Here is our weekly
round-up of events from D-Town:
1. Super
Saturday arrived in D-Town with quite a bang.
Queues formed from the early hours outside barbers, hairdressers,
restaurants and pubs, as people vied to let their hair down, and then get both
fully cut and half cut within the same four or five hours.
2. But
disappointment quickly set in when the Council’s list of permissible places to
travel without quarantine was published.
Townsfolk desperate for a short break were devastated to find that Trowvegas,
The Sham and Chippers were not on the list.
The prospect of having to spend even more time within the The Vize’s
borders was too much for many to bear, leading to even more people taking to
drink, and pulling out their newly-cut hair.
